Though orders received during business hours are typically processed the same day they are received, it may take up to 48 hours after an order is placed to process, pack and ship an order. Orders received after business hours, on a holiday or over a weekend are generally processed the next business day. This time is added to the delivering carriers transit time to determine overall delivery time.
Orders are sent via USPS Media Mail or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 2-6 business days. Deliveries to PO Boxes are made via the USPS Priority.
Orders received before 10:00 am are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am are typically shipped the following business day. In some circumstances, orders received after 10:00 am can be shipped the same day but arrangements must be made by contacting us in advance.
Shipment tracking information is made available via follow-up email message where possible, typically the business day following the date of shipment. Registered customers can also retrieve this information from their accounts.

We strive to mimic the difficulty of the actual PE Exam. Our questions cover the topics listed on the NCEES syllabus. We have received lots of positive feedback pertaining to the difficulty of our questions. However, we have no way of predicting how difficult the test makers will be for future exams.
The questions found in the books will also be found on the website. However, there are hundreds of additional online questions that won’t be found in the books.
