Digital Content includes any content delivered to you in digitized electronic format that is accessed on your personal computer or other personal devices. All applicable copyrights and laws apply. Individual practice questions, practice exams, course notes, and/or any other products delivered to you in digitized electronic format are considered Digital Content and are covered under this Agreement.
By accessing Civil PE Practice Digital Content, you agree to and understand that this Digital Content is not to be used for commercial purposes, is not allowed to be shared, and is protected by copyright laws.
Upon your payment of the applicable fees set by Civil PE Practice, you are granted the non-exclusive right to access the applicable Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless specifically indicated otherwise by Civil PE Practice, you may not copy, record, capture, scan, print, repurpose, reuse, or otherwise output Digital Content or any portion of it in any format or media. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, or sublicense to any third party. You may not encourage, assist, or authorize any other person to bypass, modify, defeat, or circumvent security features that protect Digital Content.
Civil PE Practice offers a 14-day refund window for first-time customers. To request a refund, you must email admin@civilpepractice.com within 14 days of signing up.
Refunds are only valid for first-time customers and apply only to the customer’s first membership purchase.
Requests received after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
Civil PE Practice reserves the right to refuse service or refunds to any customer who violates company policies, engages in misuse of materials, or demonstrates fraudulent or abusive behavior.

We strive to mimic the difficulty of the actual PE Exam. Our questions cover the topics listed on the NCEES syllabus. We have received lots of positive feedback pertaining to the difficulty of our questions. However, we have no way of predicting how difficult the test makers will be for future exams.
The questions found in the books will also be found on the website. However, there are hundreds of additional online questions that won’t be found in the books.
